Terms of Service

Last updated: 17 August 2026

1. The service

VentureOS is an AI-assisted platform that helps founders plan and build a business. It provides guidance, drafts, and tools to support your decisions — it does not replace professional legal, financial, or tax advice.

2. Your account

You sign in with a one-time code sent to your email or phone. Keep access to that email or phone secure — anyone with it can access your account. You are responsible for the information you provide and the content you create.

3. AI-generated content

The assistant can make mistakes. Review everything before you rely on it, submit it to third parties, or register anything with authorities. Nothing is submitted on your behalf without your explicit approval.

4. Acceptable use

Don't use VentureOS for anything unlawful, to infringe others' rights, or to attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorised access to the service.

5. Your content

You own the business content you create. You grant us the limited right to process it solely to provide the service, as described in our Privacy Policy.

6. Availability & changes

We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, suspend, or discontinue features, and we may update these terms — we'll post the new version here.

7. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, VentureOS is provided “as is”, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the service or reliance on AI-generated content.

8. Governing law & contact

These terms are governed by the laws of [South Africa]. Questions? Contact [support@leapfrog.example].
